Logan learns lessons from OTC

USATF CEO Doug Logan on February 9 gave the keynote address to the Oregon Track Club's Annual Dinner in Eugene, Ore. Identifying three goals and four tactics employed the club that got its start in the 1950s, Logan in his remarks looked to the OTC as a model for track and field success nationwide.
